Am I at a healthy weight at 5'6 and 94lbs?

    Well if you naturally have a fast metabolism and are generally healthy, you might be okay. But to put it in perspective, the healthy ideal for your height is about 115 pounds. Try gaining some weight.

    The ideal weight for your height is around 125-140 (if muscular) So i would try gaining some muscle mass

    You are a little under average, which is maybe not the healthiest. I'm 5'6 and i'm 140lbs which is average.You should try exercising more. You'll grow muscles and you won't look super muscular like boys. Exercise will help your cardiovascular system so you'll stay healthy. I'm a year round basketball, volleyball, track, and softball player, so i'm going to be muscular but if you just try some light running every now and eat healthy foods and limit your junk food, you'll stay health no matter what you weight.
