Game of Thrones question on newest episodes?
In the two most recent episodes a character joins the Nights Watch as a recruit.. the guy with the goatie that looks similar to Vargo Hoat that works for Roose Bolton and also the guy who cut of Jaime Lannisters hand? He was killed by Hodor in the newest episode trying to Kidnap Bran Stark. Is this guy Vargo Hoat? If so why was he trying to kidnap Bran? please explain this to me for I must have missed something. Don't recall this happening in the books either

Vargo Hoat isn't in the show. Locke replaced him. The brave companions weren't included either so they made him a Bolton Bannerman instead of a sellsword. Yes he was the one who cut off Jaime's hand aswell.

His name is Locke, Bolton ordered him to find Bran and Rickon Stark and kill them. Because they can lay claim to become the Kings of The North. Roose just happened to have killed Robb Stark the last King of the North.
