    8.45 nM = 8.45X10^-9 mol/L

    100 uL = 1X10^-4 L

    So, 8.45 X10^-9 mol/L X 1X10^-4 L = 8.45X10^-13 mol of enzyme

    Mass of enzyme = 8.45X10^-13 mol X 59143 g/mol = 5X10^-8 g enzyme

    5X10^-8 g enzyme X 1X10^6 micrograms/g = 0.050 micrograms of the enzyme
