Laptop battery won't charge past 85%?

I have a 3 year old Asus but I replaced the battery 3 months ago. A few days ago, I let my battery completely discharge for the first time and now the battery won't charge past 85%. I ran a diagnostics check on my battery and it says it's running at 99% capacity. Is there any hope for this battery?

    This is not the problem, if the laptop is giving good backup then this is not the problem.....
