How to use the Sim Card of Vodafone?
I was aboard for 6 month, i did't use the Sim card in that period, now iam getting the signal but not getting incoming calls, if iam trying with another number to my number the error message is coming that "The customer which you have called is not receiving the calls". I spoke to the customer care also they are saying everything is okay from back end. Please suggest me how to start my number again.

TRAI rules says if a number ( Prepaid) lays dormat for 4 months or more without any call ( incoming or outgoing) then the carriers are given the permission to give the number to other customers.... SO chances are highly that u r number is gone to someone else

Take it to the customer care center where show them what is happening with the SIM. Have tried inserting SIM in other mobile?
