URGENT! PLEASE HELP?! Noriday contraceptive pill and painkillers?
8 days ago I started taking the Noriday 350mg tablets - partly because of incredibly irregular periods and partly as another form of contraception - always in addition to condoms. My current period started 4 days ago and has been incredibly heavy today with very painful cramps. I've also experienced backache and nausea, along with my usual headaches.
I have just taken one Solpadeine Plus for the cramps because I know I will not be able to sleep without them. I'm due to take my Noriday pill any minute - is this safe? I mean, is it okay for me to take the two in a shorrt space of time?
Replies would be appreciated quickly - I'm running out of window time!

Yeah, that should be fine. As long as you don't take more than the recommended dose of the solpadiene then you shouldn't have an issue combining it with the pill.
