Did the 1995 Chicago heat wave cause any money damages?

It was estimated that about 750 died from the heat, but there are no well-documented figures. Maybe some of the people who died from the heat would have died anyways.
I don't know whether it would be possible to estimate the money damages, but there were costs due to added air conditioning costs (and the costs of repairing AC units that failed), road and train track warping/buckling, extra water usage, etc.
