Do you ever feel bored or lonely?

I used to ... I used to feel incomplete as a person and I used to feel restless if I wasn't keeping myself distracted.

Once you just start paying attention to yourself and life in general, to this very moment even .. you gradually relax and stop feeling bored or lonely.

No one else can really make us feel complete except ourselves.

And bored is just a way of running away from ourselves, from our inner issues.

I'll probably get a dog when I build the ramp. Soon. G-d willing.
