uninstall a program?
So I downloaded a computer cleaner that would take time to open up everytime i opened my computer. So I went into "my computer" and "uninstall program" and I uninstalled anything that had to with it. Now when i turn on my computer it tries to open but then says it fails everytime. I don't want that to come up. How do I stop it?

I think Charlie covered it!
If you need some recommendations for GOOD computer anti-virus programs (the kind that uninstall properly) I highly recommend Spybot and CCleaner :)

For Windows 7
run msconfig (click Start, type msconfig and hit Enter)
For Windows 8, go to the new user interface and start typing msconfig, select it when it shows up
Go to the Startup section and check to see if the program is there and uncheck it. You will have to restart your computer.
You can also check the Services section and disable any service related to the program.
