Sorry, but no. The 8800GT is a full size card, and due to internal size limitations, your system can only use a low profile card. Also, the 8800GT requires that your system has at least a 400W power supply with one 6 pin PCIe supplementary power connector. Your 240W psu can't produce enough power for your system and that card.
From what I've seen from other sites, the only low power, low profile graphics card that can be used in that system with it's 240W power supply is a low profile version of the Radeon HD 5450. It's an entry level card, that is a very poor choice for gaming and is several levels below the 8800GT in terms of performance.
