    Figure out the moment of inertia of the rotating assembly, I. Be sure to use the correct units, as these are Imperial values.

    E = ½k*x² = ½I*w² where x is the distance the spring is stretched and k is the spring constant.

    w = x*√[k/I] rad/sec
