Motorcycle weird sound after long drive?

Bike Info.

Brand: Yamaha (Vega Force)

Type: Commuter bike

Engine: 115cc Carburetor 4-stroke Semi Automatic (All Stock No Mod)

Oil Currently Using: Shell Advance AX7 10-40 Semi Synthetic Oil

Gasoline Currently Using: Premium Gasoline 95 octane

Milage: 13,145km

I live in Philippines

I went to our province using my bike, from manila to pangasinan, almost 180km distance, running for almost 5 hours with atleast 2 stop overs... After staying for 2 days in province, i went back home in manila.

Got home at 4:30 pm from province. 6:30pm I went to church for practice. As i use my bike, i notice some weird noises in my engine. Sounds like rocks were moving inside whenever i release the gas as i slow down. What is it? Is it a big deal? I never missed changing my engine oil every 1500km milage.

It was only my second time traveling that far. I usually use it when going to work and school.

If it had a 2 stroke engine it would be close to needing a top end rebuild.

With a 4 stroke engine, it might only need

    a valve adjustment (full tune-up)

You probably need rod bearing replacement. Well, it means rebuilding the engine. Please study this animation.

Try checking if your drive chain is too loose. I think the same thing happened to me before. Shouldn't be so hard to fix if it was just the chain.
