Why is my jet engine blade attracted to a magnet?

I recently brought a small jet engine blade of eBay, it looks the part with like part numbers and codes all over the base however it is strongly attracted to a magnet witch i thought it wouldn't as i believed them to be made out of exotic materials like titanium not steel? Is it fake or is it just that the smaller blades (4cm) are made out of less exciting stuff.

Thanks in advance

Some blades on ebay are from a J47-GE-13

Originally stage 8 blades were 403 stainless which are ferritic- attracted to magnets.

If it's 4cm, it's obviously fake. You must know nothing about jets. The 'blade' portion of a jet is made out of carbon fibre, epoxy resin and a foam filler. None of which are magnetic in any way whatsoever. A single blade from a 747 costs $20,000 (2008 price)
