NO!!! Baby oil has a perfume in it and that perfume can be irritating to your penis head, if it gets in there and starts to burn, you're going to be in so much pain and misery you won't know what to do.

What you need to do is go to the DR. and get a special cream that is designed for this job. You have to massage the cram into your foreskin twice a day then start stretching the skin. Some men will put small clean glass marbles under their skin to keep pressure on it to help it stretch faster but remember you need to keep it clean if you try that. If you do the stretching exercises when you're supposed to you can often stretch it out enough to pull it back all the way with no discomfort in as little as 2 months. Now all men are different and it could take as long as 6 months and it depends on how diligent you are on applying the cream and doing the stretching.

You can also stretch it with your fingers a couple times a day without the cream but it will take you 6 to 18 months or longer to stretch it out enough.

Since you are now well beyond puberty no amount of oil, cream or stretching is going to permanently enlarge your foreskin to prevent all tightness.

Baby oil may assist the foreskin to retract when you are flaccid but it is then likely to get trapped behind the glans as you erect (a condition called paraphimosis), which can become a medical emergency.

The best thing for you to do now is to seek a circumcision which will resolve your phimosis (tight foreskin) once an of all.

    Hi Michael:

A regimen of stretching to cause tissue expansion is the way to loosen tight foreskin.

You are blessed with an erogenous, highly-innervated foreskin. Many guys would envy your foreskin even though it does not retract. You display great wisdom in wanting to avoid circumcision. Do not be worried. You are normal for your age.

To retract the foreskin, one must grab the foreskin on the shaft and pull it rearward, but do not force it. If the foreskin will not retract then you must consider leaving it as it is or doing stretching exercises to make it retractable. You are fortunate to have a choice.

Almost all boys are born with a foreskin that does not retract. This is normal. It takes years for the ability to retract to develop. About ½ of boys have a retractable foreskin by 10.4 years of age. Many adolescents still have foreskins that have tips that are too narrow to pass back over the penis head. These foreskins may be gently stretched over a period of time to cause them to widen.

If you want your foreskin to retract (not everyone wants a retractable foreskin), then you can help it develop ability to retract by stretching it.

If you choose to stretch your foreskin, then the goal is to have a foreskin that glides smoothly back and forth so as to provide maximum pleasure.

When your penis is erect, gently pull your foreskin back against the head of the penis. As the head attempts to pass through the foreskin it will stretch the skin a little. Do this several times a day and in a few weeks or months your foreskin will widen and you will be able to retract your foreskin. Do NOT force retraction. Do NOT cause yourself pain.

It works by tissue expansion. Stretching skin induces “mitosis” which is a word that means “division of cells”. New skin cells are formed and the skin expands but it takes some time. The increase in size is permanent. Be patient and give mitosis time to work.

The important thing is to put the skin under tension every day so that it will grow wider.
