Would receiving a call from an 866 or 607 number cost money?
This one girl gave a bunch of agencies my phone number as hers and now I'm getting a bunch of calls from 607 and 866 numbers. Would this cost money? I have Verizon if that helps. Thanks!

As the Simpson G said, tell them that you're aren't interested in what ever they're representing. As well have a nice chat with the girl who gave your number out, tell her next time to ask before giving out your number like that.

Incoming calls never charge to your account, unless you accept collect call charges.
If the calls are going to an account that uses minutes, you may get charged for using too many minutes.
Go sign up on the do not call list. Then, answer the phone when these folks call, get the name of the company, and tell them, nicely, that you aren't interested and you'd like to be removed from their list.

If you are using a landline, incoming calls never charge to your account unless you accept collect call charges.
On a cell phone, if you don't have unlimited minutes, then the call will count against your monthly allotment of minutes.
If someone used your number on an application, then the do not call list does not apply if they are calling regarding the application.
