is this a conflict of interest?
I have a pending lawsuit going on with 4 defendants. Which are all represented by 2 attorneys. one of the defendants has now sued one of the defendants in my case. can the 2 attorneys still represent the same defendant in my case that sued them. is that a conflict of intrest.

An attorney cannot represent a Plaintiff or Defendant against his client on both sides of a case .
It sounds like 1 attorney will have to drop out of representing the Defendant who is now suing, and no longer be able to represent that person against the other defendants.
You can't at the same time represent Defendant #1 and also represent Defendant #2,3,4 against #1.
