I know there must be water on the product side but i cannot write the other one.

The easiest thing to say would be:
H4P2O6 + 4 NaOH → Na4P2O6 + 4 H2O
but I'm not certain that's what actually happens. The source below tells of the existence of K4P2O6, but it makes no mention of the analogous sodium salt.
