Are there any benefits of using baby shampoo on my (adult) hair?
I used baby shampoo at a friends house today and my hair was nice and glossy. If I want to grow my hair out would baby shampoo be a good option as it's mild? Thanks for your advice!

There's less ingredients in baby shampoo, which means it's also less irritating to the eyes (less stinging) and easier on the scalp for some people.
Other than that, there's no inherent benefit to using it (as opposed to regular shampoo).
Some people just use it because it's basic and cheap and some people use it because they like it.
