My PC runs almost every single game i own @60FPS locked? Is this a bad thing?

All games I have, new and old, they all run @60FPS when I run at ultra (with AA on 16) so is this a problem with my system?... (im perfectly happy with 60fps on Ultra, just wondering if its weird for all ym games to be running @60FPS) my specs are:
