Are these goals realistic?
For track and field I do shot put and discus. I am a junior but it was my first year of competing. I throw 29' shot and 70' discus. Can I get to 35'/90' respectively? Is that possible over one summer?

Get in the gym and master that technique and you will definitely reach your goal. As the the time period however - you will likely see those numbers in under 6 months, but in under 2 may be a little optimistic.
