Best operating system for procrastinating student?
I often find myself wasting alot of time on the internet.I have two computers. one of which I want to install an os that is only capable of productive tasks.is there linux/or whatever that offers such os?For students or office environments.I got this idea from somewhere that in offices they use thin client to limit the users capabilities so that the users will only be limited to engage in productive things

Just setup a proxy/web filter on your current PC and during study hours block everything else. Even then it building anohter PC is just going to help you procrastinate longer. Or stay late and study on campus where you are forced to use locked down machines.
