Am i insecure and jealous?
I feel like loosing my temper ifi even see women looking or laughing when it comes to my boyfriend i came into his job and saw a female training him and im not going to lie i blew up and i know thats its out of his control who trains him but i just feel like he always likes someone else what can i do to get over this jealousy nd hate in my heart i really want to make things work but it hurt me for him to say i was jealous that makes me feel he must likes her if he feels i am jealous of her,we have had a long relationshio full of ups and downs how can i assure him that im not jealous of another woman cause im really not its just a fear of him leaving me for someone he feel is better,how can i get my confidence back

I feel your insecurity lies in the feeling that you are not good enough for him. I will not say all men are faithful (I know you won't believe it even if I did). But here the first thing to do is build up your self esteem. Don't compare yourself with other women. Draw up a list of ways how you are good for him- after all he chose you among all others. So there is something that he likes or loves. Never lose heart.

Girl I was in your shoes. I know how you are feeling. My advise is, if you feel sense something not good going on, you should always check! Better to be safe. But do is secretly. Men hate when someone when we are overly jealous and possessive. So look all cute in his eyes. But you need to test him. Say, your female friend will help you. The bottom line is trust your guts. I don't think you are being insecure. There must be a reason.
