I have a relative in Oklahoma who receives food stamps and they want to know if it can be used in Illinois?

Does anyone know if Wal mart has the accepts Quest logo as one of the many payments they accept in Illinois.

    Benefits from the state of Oklahoma are not redeemable in the state of Illinois. Maybe you can help your relative by buying food for him or her during the visit in Illinois.
