Take her to vet tick can do harm then my dad dog went blind for a little while his sight came with medcation

If she appears to be weak & can't get up or has trouble getting up, is wobbly etc. go ahead & take her to an Emergency vet. I think all of this (plus the nausea) are entirely separate from the tick.
