Oman visa requirements.?

What are the Oman visa requirements for UAE [expat] resident with a Philippines passport? Job is driving instructor. And fees?

Does UAE [expat] resident with a passport from Netherlands get a visit visa upon arrival for a fee? How much approx.?

It's just a short visit of 3-4 days to Muscat by FlyDubai.

I believe Oman charges 5 OMR (or AED 50) for residents of UAE who meet that visa type requirements (executive or professional job designation) . There is no difference between Philippines and dutch passports if they are traveling as UAE residents. Only the designation (job description) matters.

That would mean the driving instructor would have to apply at Oman Commercial Office ind Dubai (or in AD) before going, since he is not a manager or engineer / doc / lawyer etc , those designations get it on arrival.

But for non-residents , such as tourists there is a difference as the Philippines is not on Oman exempted country list #1 whose nationals are granted free entry to Oman if they hold a Dubai visa. The Filipino person needs to visit OCO and pay fees to get another visa type suiting his purpose. They also issue driver visa for expats (by road) but I am not sure if that applies to private drivers or simply commercial trucks.
