Can an airbrush shop put ANYTHING on a graduation cap or just stuff they have stencils for?

I'm graduating in a few weeks and I thought of an awesome idea for my graduation cap. I wanna recreate the Black Sabbath album "13" on my cap, just change the 13 to a 14. I will link a picture of the album here

I mean it doesn't have to look exact. I know it can't look perfect, but do you think and airbrush shop can do something similar? If not where could I go to get it done? Thanks

    Check out the design tool at www.tasseltoppers.com. you can upload some cool stuff and its just for grad cap decorations.
