that's piracy. You use netflix to stream the program online and/or rent the disc by mail, not download and burn a bootleg.

Yes, you just have to download it and get a blank DVD or a CD(if the file is small enough to fit in) and you just have to burn it into the disc using the windows burner tool or a software such as Nero.
