Help please? Worried?
I'm 16 yr old female, I suffer from panic attacks, depression and anxiety, I'm on a antidepressant called Sertraline and I'm a hypochondriac about my health. I'm always assuming something is wrong with me & that I'll die ect & I look everything up on the internet. Anyway, the problem is recently I've noticed that I have small white bumps inside my inner lips of my vagina (near my pee hole) I do get alot of white thick discharge and always have done... It does smells & itches too, I try to stick with cotton underwear aswell.. I'm a virgin, but about 4 years ago I let someone's penis touch my vagina, It didn't go in or anything just rubbed the outside (don't know whether its relevant) but I never noticed anything wrong & he was pretty inexperienced. Is this anything to worry about? I'm scared to go to the doctor because of all my mental health issues & people involved ect they would probably get to know.. I can talk to my mum about anything though. Just pretty embarrased.. Is it a yeast infection or anything? So worried any advice or help would be great thank you

Like you said your a hypochondriac about your health so you should calm down and not treat this as if its deadly probably just a yeast infection. As far as your anxiety you need to find your trigger and how to work around it, high stress situations is what usually activates panic attacks. but if you feel like your going to die just remember that it just your body's reaction to stress called fight or flight. the main thing to do is control your breathing take deep long breaths, any thoughts of a serious complication such as a heart attack are 100% false. A panic attack will not kill you. I hope that it helps you get off medication for this because it only masks symptoms but doesn't remove the problem causing it for you. I hope this helps you
