How long until I can workout after getting all four of my wisdom teeth taken out this morning?

I got my wisdom teeth taken out this morning, and it's been a few hours since. There's no pain, just some numbness in my mouth and a little bleeding still. I was going to do my daily workout of 1 hour on the stationary bike and light weights later on in the day, preferably when the bleeding has basically stopped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
