why is it wrong to discuss black people?
ok the headline was meant to grab attention I admit. now, men and women are not exactly alike, white people and black people aren't exactly alike. we've developed characteristics advantageous to our environment over the years and years. so why is it that in 2014, with everything we know, it's not politically correct to say that black people are better sprinters or that black guys are naturally better at boxing? they are, it's clearly evident. i'm not spreading hate, quite the opposite, i'm giving credit

I think most of the controversy comes from three things: the idea that even separating peoples breeds discrimination (why "Separate but Equal" was over turned), the reasons why they are better, and your adherence to racial stereotypes by saying even a positive over-generalized statement.
Firstly, why would blacks be better at physical activities? 1) Before they really spread from Africa, they probably had another thousand years on whites for natural selection to take place, killing off people who weren't fast, etc. 2) As slaves in the US (I hope I'm getting this part right) some were specifically bred to be faster, stronger, etc.
Lastly, stereotypes are always going to have a negative connotation with them.
My best advice to you is to make liberal use of the phrase "in general."

I've seen plenty of black people who couldn't sprint if their life depended on it.
