I can't sleep when my boyfriend stays over?

I have a really hard time falling asleep when my boyfriend stays the night. We've been dating over 10 months, but I just can't seem to fall asleep "peacefully" when we sleep together (not like THAT).

Any advice or reasoning as to why this is happening? I do like sleeping alone, but I'm not against sharing. Will this eventually go away?

It's not unusual for you to feel this way. A lot of people have difficulty making the transition from years of sleeping alone to sleeping with someone else and sharing the space. It may be that hearing him breathing next to you, his body up against yours, or just general uneasiness causes this. Think of things that relax you as you are trying to go to sleep. You will find yourself making the adjustment soon. Your discomfort will fade away the longer you sleep together.

Your body is just afraid of him. Your not used to him touching you while your asleep. Just relax and think of how safe you are now that your in your boyfriends arms.
