Can i buy a phone from target at 14?
I need a new phone and since I still have the SIM card i'm planning to buy a prepaid phone. The thing is my parents never have time for me so i'm trying to see if I can just buy a prepaid phone from target or something. I'm only 14 and it's just the age that's bothering me.

Prepaid phones usually have built-in SIMs that can't be removed/changed. You won't be able to use the SIM from your old phone in one, even if they do let you buy it (which they typically won't if you're under 18).
