guys would it upset you if your gf did this?

my bf is confusing me lately. he isn't romantic doesn't share feelings but i know it's kinda guy thing so i try to talk to him about it. Lately i've had health issues though and ive been in the er a couple times and he'll like ask about the next morn if i was there the night before but never asks again how i feel. I try to keep it to myself when i feel bad but it's breathing related. Today we tore down my old fence and i'm feeling bad now and he left before mowing the lawn liek he said he woudl left me his dad's mower and i did it myself. he said he had a dentist apt when i told him i finished the yard he could get the mower when he needs it he said he made a mistake the apt was thurs and he was at his friends having him detail his bike now and i could come over if i want. i ended up not going bc he invited then said, come later i'd be bored but by then i needed to be asleep.

So tonight i woke up having an asthma attack and cant fall back to sleep so i texted him and asked if we are just friends bc i don't feel like his gf. I feel like he helped me out and did the fence then ditched me and didn't keep his word bc he wanted to have his bike detailed. He said i love you and gives me kisses but our reliationship seems to be all texting bc of our schedules and he never plans dates ahead of time.
