is he my bf still?

he came over and helped me take down my old fence but said he'd help me mow the front lawn since the back w my mower took forever bc i'm having breathing issues that have me in and out of the hospital. then he said he had to go bc he had a dentist apt he forgot about. I mowed the lawn myself with his mower pushing myself which has me up now bc my lungs are hurting. Anyway when i texted him i finished and he could come pick up the mower whenever he said he had the date wrong and was at his friends house having his motorcycle detailed. how shoulld i take this he invited me to come over there but i feel really upset about this and he doesn't understand why.
