Have you noticed if certain foods affect your dreams?

I've been experimenting with this. Peanut butter gives me extremely vivid dreams, chickpeas give me lucid dreams, and chocolate gives me violent dreams. Like, horrifically violent. It's crazy. Anyone else?

    I think you need a little more research and other test subjects before you can say your results are conclusive :)

    Well, not really...if I just anything late before going asleep, I usually have weird dreams regardless of the type of food it is.
