Is this a felony?? to be a sex offender?
There is a guy on facebook who posted a picture in a popular group of him ejaculating on to his laptop screen of someone else's daughter and saying he "loves it"
Should I report to authorities? This is pretty sick if you ask me...

You can report him on Facebook because that might be violating guidelines...but if he's not actually doing that to the girl in person...no, I don't think you can report him to the police, unfortunately.

What are their ages and state? If he is under 18, he could be guilty of distribution of child pornography in a sex act. If he is over, he can be charged with corrupting or endangering a minor. The first would be a felony getting him about ten years, the second a misdemeanor.

I don't need to look it up to know it's not a felony. It's offensive and will get him banned from Facebook, but it's not a felony, or probably even illegal if she's not a minor

Report that!!! Maybe not to authorities but definitely to Facebook they probably will end up banning his account. I'm not exactly sure if it counts as a felony but Facebook will have him banned for sure. That's bloody disgusting.
