What's that flash animation program called?

I remember in school I used this cheap flash animation program for making cheap animation. It's a PC software far as I know. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

    Microsoft has created a free alternative to the Adobe Flash Player, called Silverlight, and it runs on top of the .(DOT)net framework (which may also need to be updated).

    Simply update whatever version of Windows you have, and Silverlight should appear in the List of Software Updates, if you haven't already installed it yet.

    Once installed, un-install Adobe Flash Player, then see if Silverlight kicks in, so you can watch YouTube videos.
