How can I contact the head of Yahoo Answers?

I'm really frustrated by Yahoo Answers. (I should probably take a break from the site)

This site is poorly designed. It becomes ever increasingly difficult to get an answer to a straight question you ask on Answers. So why post questions at all? Does anyone ever click the fewest answers tab? What about international timezones? Why is most recent the default? Why aren't questions curated for people who answer similar questions by keyword?

I also have to question why it is so difficult to directly contact staff. I don't see why there isn't a contact us staff button on the bottom of EVERY page. Where is the duty of care to the user?

Why does Yahoo Answers operate like a faceless entity where the only presence of staff is the occasional message deleted?

    The ultimate "head" is Marissa Mayer as CEO, but don't forget that she is also the ultimate decision maker and is the one who has approved the changes. She has a public twitter account here which is used https://twitter.com/marissamayer

    Don't forget that the Yahoo Answers Team are pretty low down the pecking order. They can pass on comments and advice themselves but the management of an organisation are the ones who make the decisions.
