Am I at risk of HIV/STI/AIDS?
Hi, I'm 15 years old and a male. I'm not really sure how you get sexually transmitted diseases but anyway not to get too personal here but I usually masturbate in the shower with hot water and I'm really worried right now because my penis feels itchy, like around it to. Not too much where I just want to itch it so bad it's a very light itch. I never had sex before. Is it possible that the hot water could have dried out my penis and made it itch?
---- I'm uncircumcised, could the hot water dried out my penis from the friction I caused when masturbating?
Should I shower with cold water until the itch goes away?

Errr...kid STD stands for Sexually Transmitted Disease. You can't give yourself an STD. Just leave your penis alone for a day or so and the itch will go away. You might want to consider going to the supermarket and buying some lube as well.

STD's are transmitted/shared by having sex with someone that has one of the many. What you did was aggravate Mr. Wiggles with soap or too hot of water. Leave him alone for a few days and see if it clears up, if not Talk to dad or another trusted mature man.
