Ask the hotel to organise a transport for you, and they will send someone with a minibus set-up or similar to meet you in the arrivals all at the airport. All that will be required is your name, your flight number and the arrival time. You'll have to pay the driver separately, but it will be so much easier than trying to deal with public transport in a foreign language, and you can just sit back and admire the city as you go through it.

If you wanna take public transport:

Take Airport Express from the airport to Prague main train station (both are terminal), it costs 60 CZK per person, kids 0-6 years old for free, 6-15 for 50%, paid to driver.

Then walk about 800 metres to the hotel or take the metro from train station to I.P.Pavlova (2 stops), ticket costs 24 CZK per person, kids <6 for free, validate ticket by the entrance to the underground.

Its fairly easy and straightforward.
