Jet ski cranks, but won't turn over?
We recently got a 2003 Yamaha Waverunner SUV 1200 and it isn't starting. We put it in the water and found out the battery was dead. (It had a warning that said "Low Volts") so we took it home and charged it up. But now the ski won't start. It cranks for as long as you hokd the start button but it doesn't turn over. We were told that we should check the spark plugs, but incase it's not that what should we try? I also read it may be the fuel lines, but we're not to sure how to check them. So any help with that would be great.
P.s. When we went to go look at the ski, the man selling it started it up perfectly fine. Also, how would we check the spark plugs? As you can see we're new to this, but my brother will be able to fix it if it's not major.
Any input will do! Thank you for your time.

# 1 fuel ,You think you are getting fuel . #2 spark ,new spark plugs that you did not put in , check if you have spark ,pull out the plug ,put it back in the spark plug boot ,hold the rubber boot ,and place the spark plug mettle to the block , crank and look for the spark ,if no spark ,9 out of 10 times it the CDI box, about $100 . The fuel lines ,use a little starting fluid ,if it starts its your fuel system . You can use wd40 also .
