Why can't I stop thinking about her all the time?
My ex knows I still love her, it doesn't seem to bother her. I've told her I'm trying to get over her, but the thing is I can't. I always think about her, there were times I didn't accept the fact I love her still or just never did fall out of it. I need some advice.
Like it makes me think I'm obsessive but also I don't think so, just because I don't acted crazy. I just really care about her.

I know this doesn't sound helpful, but time really only heals our broken hearts. You are grieving over the past you had, and the future you have lost. But you need to now realise you have to make a new future without them, and that scares us. Because it's more unknown than the future we would have had with them. But seeing as you are not together, that future was never meant to happen, and if it was going to go on, the same problems would always arise.
Make small changes in your life, find out who you are and just keep trying to push forward.
