Telepathy test: which number did I write?

Question

Hi, I invite you to participate in a telepathy test.

At about 4:40 p.m. on this Tuesday May 27 (Brussels, Belgium time), I wrote carefully one of the 10 numbers: "1", "2", "3", ..., "8", "9", "10" on my sheet of paper, and I surrounded it with a circle. Then, I wrote it again twice.

I shall repeat this number from time to time during this test.

It was selected using this random number generator: http://www.random.org/integers/ .

I ask you to write it here (if you think you know it, even with a doubt). You may also answer "I don't know".

If you have no idea about the number I wrote, then, I guess, the right answer for you is  "I don't know".

So, your answer should be a number between "1" and "10" (inclusive), or "I don't know".

A little comment may also be useful.

Please note that the number I wrote has no meaning, it was just produced by the generator.

Good on you Michael for at least attempting to do a test, too many people come on here boasting about their psychic powers and being big know-it-alls. The don't offer any proof though.

I don't claim to have any psychic abilities myself so I'm going to have to say I don't know what number you wrote.

Telepathy is a "Right Brain" activity  it does not DO NUMBERS or Alphabet letters.
Try a simple SYMBOL or design of some sort instead.
Telepathy is Real, But not like we think of it in fiction.--Only certain kind of data will come through.--Like art designs, and Symbols. and the first words we used (basal) to describe a given concept. (First rank association)

And since the "signal" is SERIAL (like radio) rather than parallel (Like TV) the symbols, etc. will more resemble "verbal descriptions" rather the actual image.--even though both sender and receiver are using "pictures" in their mind.

Try the Game of describing a picture or symbol to a person and having him draw it.---Similar results.  Can you describe a SQUARE without using the WORD "Square?", for example.  You may get a Square but also LL, XX,  # etc.                   Something is coming through but the word "Square" (and the picture symbol) itself will not. The concept of 4 lines at 90 degrees, IS.
Suggesting that only a part of the brain data can be Telepathically  transmitted.

This stuff is fascinating to those of us who are into Functional analysis Psychology.  Helping us SEE what actually might be going on.

But I have no connection to you so is little more than a guess.

It is interesting though when I have been on internet chat long enough to actually talk to someone for 5 minutes I was able to describe them, say that they had a dog, and describe a wrought iron table that they had been talking about that day (not to me - was just in their mind). All from text, and no information was passed about these things.

I'm stunned that anyone would go to THIS much trouble when they obviously know so little about ESP.

Instead of bothering with preposterous & futile tests (expecting others to jump thru hoops for your amusement), why don’t you first learn the facts about Psi ability and review the academic research that’s already been done?

I am sure it is 8, no number 9 is coming in. Wait a second it's 10 definitely 10, or 1, possibly 2, but it could be 3. I will wait for you to repeat it a few times and I am sure I will pick it up.
