get more sea sick u'll gradually get used to it, when u get used to it u won't get it any more

Watching the horizon will give you relief when you start to get dizzy. I'm not a good sailor, either.

Take a dose of ginger root capsules every 4 hours with food, and/or use an acupressure bracelet for nausea.
(The good kind of bracelet only requires wearing one bracelet.)

Saw something last week that says you have to cover one eye (eye patch type of cover)and someone has made some glasses that do this (you can make your own though). I used bracelet with a ball on it that pressed on the inside of my wrist (sea legs I think its called) and that worked for me.
