When I look at your questions with rare exception all your questions have answers, some multiple answers. Every question doesn't get good answers or multiple answers or in some cases any answers, it depends on the question, the category. the time of day which varies from country to country and who only line who may have an appropriate answer. Every question doesn't receive instantaneous answers you need to give questions some time time.very important is to be sure you place it in the appropriate category and keep it simple.

It is because Yahoo Answers took away one incentive for answering questions which was when any one question would not be answered in four to eight days (extended), it would go to a vote and not sit in limbo until the twelfth of never. Some avatars / posters do not even bother to choose a best answer and so it stays lost in lala land. For example, afterwards I have posted more than 20 answers to questions asked and waited until July 9th for a best answer from an asker....

Source(s): I have seen the sad changes since August 2009.

    It is slow tonight.

    Over week-end it was worse.

But so many people are fed up and have left YA due to rule changes.
