Child and Father Visitations?

Ok so my father left me the day I was born and now all of a sudden he wants to see me. He lied to everyone and talked bad about my family, We went on our first visitation and he lied to me and I told the lawyer that I don't want to see him anymore and now I have to go to a psychiatrist with him. I really don't want to but they say I don't have a choice. I really want to punch him in the face too. Im not angry or upset it is just that I cannot stand him and what he did to us. I am 15 btw.
