If I'm in an accident, do the doctors at the hospital automatically give me narcotics?
If I'm in some accident where I have to be transported to the hospital, do they give me narcotics without asking me first? I don't want to take any narcotics, so I was wondering if I should have "no narcotics" added to my record.

Your record?
Generally speaking, they're going to try and get your authorization for anything they can. They'll ask you if you're in a condition to answer.
If you're unconscious or incoherent, and need emergency treatment, I don't know what "record" you think they're looking up. You don't have some centralized medical record that all who treat you can access. They'll probably be treating you before they even know your name and can call your regular doctor(s), too. If you're super concerned about anything medically, you can try to wear something like a Med-Alert bracelet, but even that can get torn off.
