Time belt scratching noise, not the ussual high pitch noise.?

I noticed a loud sound last night when i was parking. It was coming from the front left side if my honda civic. So i thought it could have been my transmission.

Today u drove again, and the noise was still there. But i realized it was inly when i turned the wheel. (There wuld be a tiny noise, but when i turnd the wheel it would get loud.) so i thought it had something to do with my rotors.

Then i popped the hood and had somebody else turn the wheel so i could trace the sound. Turns out it seems like thw sound is comin from the time belt. Ussually the time belt makes an annoying high pitched sound, i dont know why it sounds like a scratching noise.

I thought, maybe it was lose?

Or whatever spins the timebelt needs to be replaced.
