Excel 2013 Toolbars?

Help! I am using Excel 2003 but have a colleague using Excel 2013 at the other end of the country (so I can't go and see them!). I need to show them how to change the 'Edit - Links - Update - Automatic' setting that is in Excel 2003, but I don't know where it is in Excel 2013. Any ideas?

Chrisjbc - thanks, sadly it didn't work. I got hold of Excel 2013 at lunchtime but still can't find the setting. Have been pretty much through everything that I can click on :(

    Or File Options Advanced "Update links to other documents".
