watch dogs game questions need help!?
so i just got the game and its pretty cool but i just need some help with a few things.
in some parts of the game it says im not connected to the ios and in other parts it says i am, but when i go to the map it really doesnt specifiy what parts i can use my hacking skills and waht parts i cant. this frustrates me alot, and also, how come you can only steal money from certain peoples bank accts, sometimes when u hack youll steal money, othersyou wont youll just read conversations or what not..... is therea way to steal money all the time?
how do i blackout a part of the city? i see no hack for that so far. do i go hack the CTOS buildings first? the little red icons on the map? or keep playing campaign mode? its hard cause the map doesnt specify what parts you can hack in and i dont know if i have to disable ctos buildings firstor do campaign missions first and disabling those buildings will be part of the campaign missions. someone who has knowledge of this please help so i can enjoy this game!

In order to have access to the cTOS in new areas you must break into each area and hack into it's main server(the red blips on your map). This is by far the most enjoyable part of the game besides the spider tank. I suggest you hack into every tower in the game(a total of 13) so you can always access your profiler. Doing so also reveals side missions like inspections and 'house hacking' or whatever it is called.
You can't steal bank info from every ped but it's pretty easy to amass loads of money without really trying. There are also perks in your hacking skill tree that allow you to get more money from peds. I have only unlocked the first perk and I am getting an average of a grand from regular bank accounts and 4K from the rich ones.

You can't hack into every single person's bank account, i guess it makes sense as not everybody would necessarily have online banking enabled. But from those you can't hack their bank accounts, you can usually still get useful items from. The only thing you can do is to increase the amount of money that you gain from each civilian.
